Services

LWH Education Solutions, LLC offers tutoring services in various subjects. These services can be rendered both online and in person. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payments

Payments for our services are due before each session unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions for payments not received in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the session cost.

Intellectual Property

All material provided during tutoring sessions, including but not limited to lesson plans, slides, and exercises, are property of LWH Education Solutions, LLC and are not to be distributed or resold.

Limitation of Liability

LWH Education Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia/USA.
